With only 2 rooms with a view, this apartment with an ancient Tuscan location, with a unique and intimate atmosphere, equipped with a living room, kitchenette, cellar, courtyard, with 2 entrances and private panoramic garden, is ideal for 2 couples of friends, for families of 3 – 4 people and above all with the “Exclusive” formula, for a single couple, looking for maximum privacy, discretion and undisturbed work.
The apartment is part of the ancient medieval walls, transformed into a residence in the late Renaissance, and has been carefully restored by the owners to enhance its original appearance. The only two double bedrooms, “Arc Bedroom” and “Spouses’ Bedroom”, each with a private bathroom are elegantly furnished with original Tuscan antiques, equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection, Mosquito nets on the windows, from which it is possible to enjoy a panorama of rare beauty of the Chianti hills and the surrounding towns, among them: San Gimignano.
At B. & B. Del Giglio you will have the opportunity to spend your days relaxing in the elegant living room with fireplace, to relax in the garden in the sun, or under the shade of the olive trees in front of the superb panorama, to enjoy the harmonious atmosphere of the ancient courtyard and the cellar, sipping a glass of excellent Chianti Classico wine.
Or, in a few minutes, you can reach by car the most characteristic places of Chianti and the most beautiful cities of art in Tuscany, such as Florence, the “Cradle of the Renaissance“, which is 28 km away, Siena 35 km, San Gimignano km 20; in about an hour by car you can reach Arezzo, Lucca, Pistoia and Pisa. For lovers of sport and nature, the many itineraries on foot or by bicycle allow you to immediately get in touch with the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
For those who want an even more romantic stay, the B. & B. Del Giglio also offers the possibility of reserving the entire apartment exclusively for a single couple.

With 2 Inputs:
First Main Entrance. Located in the main street of the old town, (LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE) between the Porta Fiorentina, the Bell Tower and the Torrino.
Second entrance from the garden, via Senese 89, passable one-way with the car that leads to the parking lot next to the public gardens (20 meters from the garden door) and in all directions.
Inside the apartment you can find:
A big and elegant living-room with a fireplace. A table for six people where breakfast will be served.
A well furnished little kitchen.
An ancient wine cellar.
An internal courtyard with an ancient well for collecting rainwater; In the covered part of the courtyard, small art and photography exhibitions will be set up by the owner.
Outside the apartment you can find:
A garden with lawn and olive trees, equipped with deck chairs for sunbathing, free Wi-Fi, table and chairs where breakfast will be served (in the summer months).
The B.&B. Del Giglio uses renewable energy for hot water.
In order to minimize water consumption, B.& B. Del Giglio uses rainwater harvesting to irrigate the garden.
